A study and thematic analysis of the dominant religious praises of Dehlavi in Persian odes

Abstract

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Ghaleb Dehlavi is among noble characters of subcontinent, who leaves many paper in Persian and Urdu languages. Also, he is among poets with eulogy field stylist, whose deal with religious eulogy in his Persian elegiac, in addition to power landlord eulogy and are create various contents in praise of supreme being, holy prophet and Ahl-o Al-Beit. The purpose of this article is to investigate Ghaleb Dehlavi worldview in religious eulogy area, consisting Persian elegiac, in order to analysis and search his views.

METHODOLOGY: This research which is on library research base and carried with descriptive-analytic method, considered various aspect of religious eulogy in Persian elegiac of Ghaleb Dehlavi and shows which elements influence on them.

FINDINGS: According to research findings, religious eulogy of Ghaleb Dehlavi, has straight relation with his ideology. These eulogies drive from Quranic verses and Ahadith, frequently, that the poet interpretate these divine endowments with mystical, verbal, historical and … phrases. Deep thinking in Ghaleb Persian works, especially his elegiac, shows that he understood different science and versify meaningful poets.

CONCLUSION: The results of research, shows that Ghaleb Dehlavi is among Emami religious followers of subcontinent, who proceed to religious eulogy and virtue insisting on his profound knowledge in regard with Quran and Ahaadith, mysticism and verbs, history and …. In addition to apparent effectiveness of Quranic phrases, some of his religious eulogy is interpretable and effectiveness of Eslam mysticism is obvious on them. His monotheism view relies on “pantheism” and with this expedient, enjoy the derivatives of his worldviews in other his eulogy about prophet and Ahl-o Al-Beit.
